I am confused by this coat and the many changes that have happened over the timeline of its development. Could someone please make a post here discussing if it now works and the effects of fancy talk used against it.
Gordy, I believe you are familiar with this?

Mesa Jacket is a legend item from Johnny Ringo that causes you to auto evade quickdraws. I believe Fancy talk cancels it for 4 rounds (give or take) and then it starts again.

I've only managed to do it once. But I dazed someone then drew my gun. It forced him to dodge and use up lots of energy. Hehehe. That was fun. Too hard to plan though. Not enough people use mesa. I like it, but hate that its other stats aren't all that great.
