Minus Evade Cost Boots

To my knowledge there are no minus evade cost boots that work properly. I've only experimented with the Seirras script versions tho. If anyone knows of any -evade cost boots that work please post them here.

How can you tell if they're working or not? Short of doing a lengthy set of trials with a bot whose setup you know, there is no sure way to know.

Just put them on and look at the cost of your evade action (not duck work).

My mistake. I was thinking of items that give you a +% to evade. Never mind.
Does anyone know if that type of boot works, btw?
